Please read before purchasing. By using this website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Please note Bow and Crossbones does NOT recommend any of their products to anyone aged 6 and under, as there are small components that could be swallowed.

Trading terms

These terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of good from Bow and Crossbones. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Price & Payment

All Prices are correct at the time of entering the relevant information . we reserve the tight to change prices without notice. Although we will more than likely post a notice a few days before we change anything! This will not affect confirmed orders.

How your order will be processed

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, with you detail and the items ordered. You will be updated on each stage of your order, processed to shipped, via email. We normally ship 2-3 times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Generally we’ll ship 2 business days (max) after order date. Please add 1-2 days if the item is handmade! If there is a discrepancy with your order we’ll be in contact.

Postage

Everything we ship out to the UK is sent signed for delivery. We have found this to be the safest way to get your items to you, as it is traceable. Costs are dependant on items purchased, the heavier or bulkier the item/s the higher the postage cost. This is worked out on a weight system. First class signed for starts at £1.70 & next day delivery starts at £5.50.

ROTW we ship out via air mail/ air sure. Air mail is not traceable. If you would like it tracked please contact us! Or select international postage from the catagories. Standard air mail starts at £1.80.

Returns& Exchanges

As we want to you fall in love with your hand crafted Jewels, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you come across any problems with your order. We don’t bite! Promise!

At present we do not give no quibble refunds,ie if you change your mind.

 If the item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced, a refund or credit note will be considered. However this will require the items to be returned to Bow & Crossbones for inspection.If you wish to do this YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST.

We do except exchanges on all items accept custom pieces within 14days of purchase.

All items must  be returned in the same condition received. Failure to contact us before sending an item back, may result in a potiental claim not being processed. Return shipping charges are full responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty.)

Custom orders Due to the nature of the item being designed for a specific person/order,All sales are final & deposit are non refunadable.

For hygiene purposes, we will NOT exchange or refund earrings or hair clips.

Custom work

As we are different and love to customise stuff, we’d like to offer you a chance to have your ideas made into jewellery/ accessories!

It can be a simple as seeing something you have already seen on the site, and just want to change to colour of it or if you have a full idea/design of what you’d like making but aren’t quite sure of how to get it in to jewels, we are the company for you!

All you have to do is email us with you ideas! Its a perfect idea fora present for a loved one or just a little treat for yourself!

I live overseas, do you send abroad?

Yes we do, please make sure you select the correct shipping when you check out!

When will i know my order is dispatched to me?

We will send you emails updating you on your order status, & dispatch.

Is there a shop i can visit?

At present we are online only. We do various tattoo conventions and shows across the UK. check out our diary for to see if we'll be visiting a town near you!?

We do charge VAT as we are VAT registered, but the 17.5% is already included in prices shown
